The location of the hotel is very close to Istambul most visited places.
Very very bad conditions.
Honestly it was beyond my exbections I really loved the hotel ... Good place lovely staff nice breakfast ,,very good Internet,, excellent air conditioner
Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit cozy, but very clean. Close to the Grand Bazaar tram stop, yet still very walkable to Sultanahmet as well.
Price was perfect, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, newly renovated
Room was tiny, more toiletries could have been provided
Staff are nice.
The toilet needs to be fixed the hot cold water ajustment does not work well it shold be replaced .There is no lift too
Helpful staf, good location, nice rooms
Hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly. Good breakfast, good value for the rent.
The room was small, no furniture other than the beds. Bathroom was very small, Problem in controlling water temperatur hot & cold).
Very friendly staff, always offered free tea and coffee, also they make airport transportation reasonable price only. 16 euro. Good breakfast, speak english well. Walking distance historical area.
The hotel is new opened, with new furniture and clean. The staff was very nice.
In the bathroom we didn't have any hangers for the towels and any place to put the soap at the shower, but I suppose that it's not yet finished.
if you like to citysightseeing by walking good location, I liked to much free tea and coffee for hotel guests, good breakfast, staff are always helpfull.
The staff is not really experienced, however, they do their best to satisfy all your needs. No real problems encountered, the hotel is quite good.
Great location, close to the bazaar and tourist attractions. The staff friendly, the hotel is good value for money.
Perhaps it would be nice to renovate the bathroom.
Friendly staff, short walk to the grand bazaar
Rooms at the back of the hotel get really warm in the daytime. Airco doesn't help much. Rooms are ridiculously small. Bringing two suitcases, there is no space left to even walk to the bathroom. Bathrooms must have been built by amateurs with a terrible hurry. Problems with the water pressure make showering very challenging. You have to go to the hotel next door, down the basement to have a lousy breakfast..
The hotel building is small but has just been renovated so it's really clean. The owner/keeper speaks good English and was friendly and eager to help. The lady keeper, who does not speak Engish, is also fantastic - extremely friendly. Would most definitely recommend if you are a budget backpacker, or any traveler who wants value for money.
Whilst the location is very good - close to the tram station and you can walk to the Sultanahmet area - you have to walk uphill to get to the tram station. But not really a problem unless you are carrying a 300 pounds bag.
Very close to bazar
We were a group of girls, and one of the staff was always chasing our friend and flirting her, and he sent us an email after leaving the hotel, asking for personal information of our friend, I think the manager should take the proper actions to prevent such things
